Membership

• Residents may join Village Green Pool & Courts at any time during the season.  Non-residents can join until we are at capacity, whenever that may be.
• We do not prorate fees for those joining the pool after opening day.
• New members will be issued a member number from the pool office on your first visit to the pool.
• Your cancelled check or online payment notice is confirmation that we have received and processed your application.
• Any person not registered in the computer system or without a guest pass, will be denied access.

Early Bird Discount

• Payments received before May 14th will receive a $25 discount.
• This only applies to memberships that include access to the pool.  Court-Only memberships are exempt.

Guest Pass Policy

• A "guest" is any non-member individual or family who enters the facilities accompanied by a member. One pass per each unrelated guest(s) per day.
  • If you bring three cousins, you use one pass.  If you bring three unrelated friends, you use three passes.  If you bring two of your friends and their families, you only use two guest passes even if there's eight people
• Members are required to make prior arrangements with management when bringing parties of six (6) or more guests into the pool.
• A member must accompany the guest(s) while they are at the pool at all times.
• Each membership comes with 15 guest passes.
• One set of 10 or 4 additional guest passes can be purchased online.  No single passes may be purchased.
• Guest passes are non-transferable from one member to another member.

Child Care Provider (CCP/Nanny) Policy

• The CCP does not have to live at the residence.
• The CCP comes to the pool in lieu of the primary and secondary members and not in addition to.
• The CCP has to be escorting the additional members to pool and are unable to visit the pool without them.
• If you have more than one CCP, contact the pool via our Contact Us page to have them added.

*NEW* Wrist Band Policy

• Any pool visitor (member or guest) under the age of 10 will be required to wear a wrist band unless they have passed a swim test.
• The swim test consists of being able to swim the length of the pool without assistance.
• Swim tests only have to be passed once per season and record will be kept in the member database.
  
• Swim tests can be conducted at any time as long as the capacity of the pool allows it.
  • There will be time dedicated to swim tests on May 25th; visit the Swim Tests at Village Green Pool page to sign up.

Pool Parties

• Private parties are booked outside our regular business hours-typically in the evening.
• Non-private parties during regular business hours aren't permitted.
  • Refer to the Guest Pass policy if you want to bring people to the pool during the day.
    
• The fee for the pool rental is $145 for 2 hours, $170 for 3 hours.
• Additional fees for lifeguards will be assessed by Splash.
• You can bring your own food and beverages.
  • No glass!
  • The grill is available to use.
• Reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance.
• Cancellations require 48 hours notice in order to receive a refund.
• Use the Party Reservation Request form at Splash Swim Services to book a party.

Pickleball & Tennis Courts

• Available for Members and their guest from 7:00 a.m. to dusk.
• Please limit guest-use to one individual guest per individual member on the courts at a time.
• Please also note that our courts are to be used for pickleball and tennis only and members must adhere to the guidelines posted on the court door.
• Failure to follow the posted rules will result in loss of court privileges.
• Nets and Pickleball paddles & balls can be checked out at the pool office during open hours.
• One key is available per membership for an additional $5 for after/before-hour and pre/post-season court use and can be purchased at the pool office.
• Please remember that members must always accompany their guest at the courts.
